Farmers were sold efficiency. The cost showed up in their families, their land, and their communities.

Built for the Man Who Taught Him to Farm

Tony Brauer farmed in Kansas. He sprayed what every farmer around him sprayed. Roundup. Paraquat. The stuff sold by the gallon at every co-op in the country. Then his hands started shaking. Parkinson's took the rest, slowly.

Clint watched his father’s body fail him. He read studies that he believed linked long-term herbicide exposure to the disease. He saw the more than 6,000 lawsuits filed against paraquat manufacturers, many by farmers and farm families who believed the chemical contributed to Parkinson’s. And he made a decision. He believed no son should have to watch this happen to his dad if another way existed. So he built one.
